By accessing GeniusByte, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and all marketplace rules.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Support

Product support is provided directly by the creator, not by GeniusByte.

After purchasing an item, you may request support from the item’s creator for:

• Bug fixes

• Installation help

• Product-related questions

• Updates

• Compatibility issues (within reason)

Creators must provide basic support to their customers.

GeniusByte Support Only Handles:

• Escalated disputes

• Refund cases (when applicable)

• Rule violations

• Creator misconduct

• Account issues

• Payment issues

• KYC/verification

What GeniusByte Does Not Provide:

• Product troubleshooting

• Customization of products

• Modifications or feature development

• Integration with 3rd-party scripts or tools

• Support for items purchased outside GeniusByte

If your issue requires changes to the product:

• Wait for the creator’s update, or

• Request a paid customization (if the creator offers it)

2. Ownership

You do not gain intellectual property ownership of any product purchased on GeniusByte.

• All products remain the property of their respective creators.

• You receive a license to use the item, not to claim ownership.

• Products are delivered “as-is,” without any guarantee they work with every external plugin, tool, or server environment.

GeniusByte is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, or incidental damages

• Loss of data or profit

• Incompatibility with 3rd-party software

3. Warranty

GeniusByte does not provide any warranties.

We do not guarantee:

• Compatibility with all browsers or environments

• Performance with external addons or plugins

• Functionality after unauthorized modifications

• Continued support from creators who violate rules

It is your responsibility to ensure your environment supports the product.

4. Unauthorized or Illegal Usage

You may not use GeniusByte or any purchased items for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.

Examples of prohibited use:

• Copyright infringement

• Promoting violence, terrorism, or hate

• Distributing malware or malicious code

• Hosting adult or explicit content if restricted by law

• Using GeniusByte for fraudulent activity

Violations may result in:

• Account suspension

• Product access revocation

• Reporting to authorities if required by law

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are final unless covered by the GeniusByte Refund Policy.

You may not:

• Chargeback or dispute payments without going through our refund process

• Use stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods

Chargebacks or disputes will result in:

• Account termination

• Revocation of product access

• Permanent ban from GeniusByte

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions.

6. Free Balance / Coupons

GeniusByte may offer promotional balance, discounts, or coupons.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, revoke, or remove free balance

• Suspend accounts abusing promotions

• Adjust promotional credits at any time

If promotional credits cause your balance to go negative, your account may be suspended until the balance is settled.

7. Creator Responsibilities

All creators on GeniusByte must:

• Provide working products

• Maintain compatibility through updates

• Respect the no-removal policy (products cannot be deleted after purchase)

• Follow all legal requirements

Creators who fail to comply may be restricted or removed from the marketplace.

8. Changes to Terms

GeniusByte may update these Terms at any time.
Changes are effective immediately when posted.
